ORDERS & DELIVERY
How will I know my order has been confirmed?

What should I do when my order arrives?
We kindly ask that you inspect the outer packaging carefully before accepting delivery and sharing any OTP. If the parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or compromised in any way, please decline to accept it. We also recommend recording a continuous unboxing video — this helps us address any concerns swiftly and with clarity.
Can someone else receive my order on my behalf?
Yes. Should you authorize another individual—a family member, colleague, or building representative—to receive your parcel, delivery will be considered complete upon their acceptance. All the same care and documentation we ask of you applies in such instances as well.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are determined by order value, destination, and package dimensions and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Any applicable promotions will be reflected at the same stage.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
Given the intimate nature of fragrances and skincare, we are unable to accept returns on the basis of personal preference or change of mind. Returns are considered exclusively in cases of transit damage, manufacturing defects, or an incorrect item being dispatched — each assessed with the utmost care by our team.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality team, your refund will be initiated promptly. The timeline for its reflection may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error originates with us.
I received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please write to us at helpdesk@elioreessentials.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with your order number, clear photographs, and your unboxing video. Our team will review your case with care and ensure a fitting resolution.
What if I notice something missing from my order?

Claims unsupported by sufficient documentation may limit our ability to investigate; we therefore strongly encourage all customers to record their unboxing as a matter of routine.
