Shipping Policy – Eliore Essentials
At Eliore Essentials, we ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all perfume and skincare products.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
- Metro Cities: 4-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 6-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping charges apply to orders below ₹999
- Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD)
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order in real-time until delivery.
5. Packaging
- All Eliore products are packed in secure, leak-proof, and premium protective packaging to ensure:
- No damage during transit
- Preservation of fragrance and formulation quality
- Fragile items like glass perfume bottles are specially cushioned.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
- If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- If you receive a damaged or tampered package, do not accept it.
- If accepted, you must report within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Unboxing video
- Images of damage
Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of claims.
8. Delays & Exceptions
Eliore is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Courier service disruptions
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
9. International Shipping (Optional – include if needed)
- Currently, we do/do not ship internationally. (Edit based on your plan)
